Based in central Massachusetts, Diane Casey Luong operates independently with the majority of her clients located in central Massachusetts. However, she regularly serves clients throughout Massachusetts and even into Connecticut.

Diane’s repeat business comprises at least 50% and she receives 15% of her business through referrals. These strong numbers are partly attributed to her affiliation with Homes for Heroes®, a national program that recognizes and rewards the efforts and service of law enforcement, firefighters, healthcare professionals, EMS, and teachers. Diane explains, “Some of my existing clients work in these occupations and they really appreciate the Hero reward.” Furthermore, clients from other fields also praise the exceptional level of service that Diane delivers. She goes above and beyond what many agents do.

When it comes to real estate, what Diane loves most is seeing clients achieve their dreams and goals. Whether they are selling or buying, getting their first home, or selling an estate property, it’s all about the client.

It’s no surprise that Diane is deeply involved in her community and actively participates in various organizations and programs. She sits on the advisory board of a local nonprofit called Planting the Seed Foundation and is currently involved in a Stuff the Bus campaign, collecting school supplies for underprivileged children. Additionally, she is affiliated with a nonprofit connected to the local police department called The Manny 267 Foundation, which is dedicated to honoring a local officer. Diane is truly dedicated to her community and takes pride in being a part of these initiatives.
